I inquired about a vehicle at your dealership and made it very clear that I was traveling from an hour away. Before leaving, I decided to call, only to be informed that the car I was prepared to purchase was already out on a test drive with someone else. Not only was this extremely unprofessional, but I was also met with no apology whatsoever. I am thankful that I called before making the unnecessary trip, but this experience was disappointing and unacceptable. I will not be purchasing my vehicle from this dealership, nor will I be recommending your business to others.

This vehicle has been listed for sale for over 100 days. After numerous attempts on several different phone numbers, I was able to contact the owner of "Brampton truck and car sales" it appears to be a used car lot on Dixie Rd, Mississauga. Once speaking to the owner/dealer it turns out there was a side impact on the passenger side of the truck. Who knows how well this was repaired?? Owner also told me the truck was not on site and that the front bumper had been removed for someone to replace both a headlight and a tailight. I decided not to go look at his truck

Over all wonderful people to deal with.

Visited the dealer, reviewed the car and carfax details, salesperson was very helpful.
