Rating: 1/5 Stars Headline: Relentless calls and still no straight answer on price I initially reached out about a car I was interested in. Before we could even get to discussing my trade-in or a simple final price, the non-stop calls started. Next day, day after—didn’t matter. I wasn’t fully committed to buying from them anyway due to the logistics (they wanted $900 for delivery fees, which was not appealing), but the constant calling made it impossible to have a normal conversation. I tried to speak with Haley, but that’s not how it worked out. When I asked one simple question—just for the final price, all-in—I got the runaround: “With taxes? With delivery? Without delivery?” Just answer the question. I don’t need a breakdown of scenarios; I need the out-the- door number. To top it off, I noticed their ad on CarGurus showed the vehicle listed somewhere else with a separate price. It felt inconsistent and frustrating. I ended up moving on to other vehicles without the hassle.
