It was pulling teeth to get any basic information in writing. There are no back seats—they wanted to just “put some in” and expected me to just say ok without any details or documents. Dents were “coin” sized where actually the size of softballs. They were offended I offered a lower price after wasting countless time telling them to put the details in writing and not to call. Their document fees are also high—that offended them to. I’ve actually never been so frustrated in my life—this is not my first car and I expected more off the bat even if the vehicle wasn’t right in the end.
