I recently bought a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid from Star City Motors, and as a single woman, I was a bit nervous about purchasing from a private dealership. But the experience turned out to be excellent. Sam was very polite and patient. He clearly explained why the price was below market --the car was a rebuild -- and reassured me that the issues were only related to the body and that the vehicle had already passed ICBC inspection and was approved for sale. That gave me confidence to move forward. I also traded in my old car, and Sam even helped me remove my dashcam and install it into the RAV4 during the handover. This experience completely changed my impression of private dealerships. I'm very happy with my purchase and highly appreciate the service from Star City Motors.

All the vehicles I looked at had moisture and mold issues. One had so much condensation on the inside I couldn't even see out the windshield. When i touched the glass of the sunroof water poured down getting myself and my husband wet. When I brought it to their attention they looked at me like we were crazy.

These people are the absolute best to deal with, they are quick, honest and most helpful. I have not yet purchased a car from them as the colour does not work for my wife but still trying. These people are very quick to respond, totally honest about everything we discussed. I would rate them the BEST Ford dealership in BC. by far....I have had dealings with many car dealers over the years and KEY West makes buying a car a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend them !!!

Very nice person that I dealt with, however, the price was not transparent. The ad said the vehicle was used, not that it was a manager operated vehicle. One would assume you would not pay freight on a used vehicle, however, this dealership wanted to add that to the price. The km on the vehicle by the 2nd call had gone from 1500-2300km and the final price was only $400 less than buying a brand new vehicle. I acknowledged this and was told that if I came into the office they would give me a better price. No thanks!! How about not trying to rip your customers off first, and then maybe I’ll come in to see if we can do business.

Good platform for used and new car all under one roof will 100 percent recommend.
