Terrible Experience – Stay Far Away Absolutely terrible experience with this dealership. I booked a test drive and took time out of my weekend to see a specific vehicle, only to find out they had sold it to someone else before I even arrived. There was zero consideration for my time or commitment. Instead of offering any real help or accountability, they immediately tried to upsell me to a more expensive vehicle loaded with add-ons, extended warranties, and unnecessary extras. Overall, a complete waste of time and an awful example of customer service. I will never return here and strongly recommend that others look elsewhere.

JJ was amazing. Was so helpful and showed us a few other vehicles as well. I’m a very picky customer, so I do appreciate his attention. Have not decided on a vehicle yet, but I would recommend going there to anyone in the future.
