Overall great experience with Rocoto. I recommend! Great frequency of communication. Good transparency of what are outstanding issues that they will resolve (even when not in the Carfax), what they cannot reasonably resolve and how they can make do (in my case a missing headrest - they offered to replace with a comparable model). Since they are a Toyota dealer, the car went through a rigorous inspection process through which they made ~ $4k of repairs (electronics/body work). They missed one interior light that isn't working but I know my warranty will fix it. He also coordinated with my inspector so that they can come in without me having to be present. I travelled to Chicoutimi by bus to get the car. Mr. Laberge picked me up from my hotel to the dealership. Got it ready the same-day. Improvements: While their communication frequency is great, I would like to see more formality in sharing key details over email (price, warranty). This makes referring to the information easier.
