Overall experience was horrible with the staff. Making contact & arranging a scheduled appointment to view the vehicle was good. That’s where it all fell apart. We agreed to meet at 9:45 am on Saturday due to morning staff meetings. We drove into the city for 9:30 & Kyle;our staff representative called at 9:37 am to inform us the car can not be viewed & cancelled(8 minutes prior to meeting) The excuse was it wasn’t detailed; even though we discussed the previous day that was fine. “It’s on the hoist, but I can send a video”: I replied that would be good & asked to be contacted when it’s ready. Disappointed by the last minute cancellation (literally) & then not getting any sort of reply was inexcusable & unprofessional. No video, not text, no call…lead to no car as they SOLD it. Poor representation on behalf of Jim Gauthier. Not getting the vehicle is secondary, how it was dealt with was a major FAIL on JG. My experience unfortunately has been shared with friends and colleagues. Fail

Menno, is very informative and got us the info that we asked for. Unit we discussed at 1st. Has been sold but looking at other units.
