I still had a good overall experience with the seller. However, what really bothered me is that they didn’t fully disclose all the repairs the vehicle needed. The diagnosis provided by their mechanic did not feel completely honest or transparent. I honestly felt like the report was more meant to reassure me and convince me to buy the vehicle rather than give me a clear and accurate picture of its condition. After taking the car to another garage following the purchase, several additional issues were identified, which left me feeling disappointed and somewhat misled by the initial inspection.

The sales and service was professional and very friendly. I was pleased with my purchase and dealing with Kemptville Buick and Chevrolet dealer.

Great folks to deal with! When my rental coverage for insurance was going to run out, he offered me a loaner until my truck was ready - but i didn’t need it because the got my new truck ready so quickly.
