The team was very helpful and educational. They aimed to help me get from A to B.

Terrible GMC Dealership. I had a very bad experience here I called down, made an appointment 3 days in advance I checked in the day before I went to see the vehicle this was a 2.5 hour drive each way. I got there and they had me look at it for two hours then would not talk to me about a price. They called me later in the day and told me it was already sold. Why would this not of been brought up before the appointment was booked. This was a deceitful and dirty way to conduct business very disappointing Especially from a gmc dealership what a waste of a day for me. Have the manager call me, would like to discuss poor business and customer service. Should be reported. Go elsewhere they are dirty.

They did not declare on site that car is "As is"

Mohammed is a true example of excellent customer service. He responded immediately to my initial inquiry and when we met to discuss the vehicles that I was interested in he was very proactive. He had compiled a file of information on each vehicle before I even stepped foot in the door of the dealership. He was very patient responding to my many questions. I did not.feel rushed to make a decision or a purchase. I highly recommend Mohammed and the dealership!! Five star from start to finish!!
