I requested info for a specific vehicle, after hours on a weekend. They responded very quickly and sent my info on the Monday. They then followed up on my decision. All in all, it was a very pleasant interaction.

I went to the dealership and met the sales person and his manager and both of them are very nice and professionals but we didn’t reach to agreement on the price of the car and there is a missing about four years of history in the car fax which confuses me and make me losing the confidence in the dignity of the car.

Asked if the “certified pre-owned” was Jaguar or dealership. Jaguar I know, extended warranty 1-3 years with genuine parts, lower finance rate, no deductible, I don’t know any benefits of the dealership. There is no service record for the past 2 years which can void remaining warranty and Carfax mileage is over 42,000Kms while listing has 32,000Kms. Through multiple emails, I was informed it was an inspection, they have a 3 month/5000km warranty and sell 3rd party coverage. Car looks like it was looked after so it they must have forgotten to enter servicing and it must have been human error entering odometer on Carfax as the car reads 320070kms (yes this is the number sent to me) Without documentation to prove otherwise, I could not accept the validity of the vehicle as posted in the ad. This was unfortunate as in appearance, it looks to be a beautiful vehicle.
