Dealerships near me (Campbell River, BC, CA)

Dealership did not immediately reply to my inquiry in a timely manner. Additional questions were not answered. Was not contacted when vehicle was sold.

This dealership needs to update their website and vehicle sales more often. To leave a sold vehicle on the website to generate customer contact is super frustrating and a waste of my time.

I was contacted by Max and he was enthusiastic to show me vehicles, he is still diligent to keep me in the loop of what has come in, their team seems to be on top of things , full of knowledge and this dealership is open to the public. I did not buy from here yet but will keep my eye on things here while I wait for what we are hoping for in our family.

They responded quickly and also tried to find something else for as this specific car already had a deposit on it.

Fairly responsive to my requests for information. Did promise a video of vehicle but did not send. Also said they would send information about rear cargo size and CPO warrantee and did not follow through. Bought another vehicle.

I was very happy with the team at Courtney Nissan! I would highly recommend the whole team. They provided excellent service!

They replied back in a quick timely matter and answered all our questions. Although the vehicle was a great price there were a couple of must have options it didn’t have so we passed on the opportunity. They were quite helpful on a Saturday and did offer other similar competitive vehicles of which we were thankful to review but in the end didn’t find the one we were looking for. Will continue working with them in the future.
