After initial call, zip. No follow-up from rep other than automated messages from their sales manager. No answers to questions about used Lightning recalls and timeline to purchase theirs. Nothing. Won't call them back. Obviously, they are interested in quick sale, lousy service and not interested in building relationships. This is the reason ppl don't like or trust dealerships.
