Cadillac dealerships near me (Surrey, BC, CA)

I spoke to 3 different people there and was about to get on the ferry to go buy the car . I asked for a last minute FaceTime and guess what ? The car is an automatic even though it’s listed as a Manuel and 4 staff confirmed it was ! It’s still listed as such on Car Gurus even though I got pretty upset about it . I had the financing all done and everything!

Salesman was courteous and thorough. Sales manager was dismissive and seemed uninterested in making a sale at a fair price

Pathetic experience to date from a car dealership. Extremely unprofessional sales and highly over priced damaged car. The sales guy would not negotiate at all. And further damaged than ad indicated. Simple Google search shows vehicle was way over priced for the current condition. Would definitely not reccomend

The staff were willing and available to help me, if I had a question or needed help with something .. Wayne who works there, has been someone my family would turn to for assistance for quite a few years .. my Mother always preferred to deal with him, he was a great help, made us feel welcome and did whatever he could do for us .. someone you always want to deal with especially when it has to do with a big purchase as a vehicle, he helped take the stress away :)
