Unprofessional, unprepared, unwelcoming - when you go into an establishment (any establishment) and an obvious conversation is being had about you, in front of you, in another language, it's rude and definitely affects the ability to even have an honest conversation, which is frustrating when you are in correspondence as a client to begin with. The experience made me uninterested in being in business with them, even for another vehicle.

I was contacted by this dealership by an add I answered. Our contact was limited on my part as I was currently dealing on something closer to my budget, which was with another dealership. The little bit of conversation that ensued was pleasant and they tried to be helpful.

Salesman was courteous and thorough. Sales manager was dismissive and seemed uninterested in making a sale at a fair price

Quick to respond, honest, vehicle priced reasonably with accurate description. Pleasure to deal with, sale transaction very efficient, highly recommend. We dealt with Alex and would/will recommend to others.

Very nice staff. Brought the car around for test drive quickly and I felt all my questions were addressed. Would buy from them if the right car comes up!
