Terrible GMC Dealership. I had a very bad experience here I called down, made an appointment 3 days in advance I checked in the day before I went to see the vehicle this was a 2.5 hour drive each way. I got there and they had me look at it for two hours then would not talk to me about a price. They called me later in the day and told me it was already sold. Why would this not of been brought up before the appointment was booked. This was a deceitful and dirty way to conduct business very disappointing Especially from a gmc dealership what a waste of a day for me. Have the manager call me, would like to discuss poor business and customer service. Should be reported. Go elsewhere they are dirty.

Go to response very quick when I give my information. Responded back with a full detailed videos which was kind of nice and refreshing to see that the dealers are taking that step to make the purchase comfortable and very transparent. Overall, great experience.
