The staff were willing and available to help me, if I had a question or needed help with something .. Wayne who works there, has been someone my family would turn to for assistance for quite a few years .. my Mother always preferred to deal with him, he was a great help, made us feel welcome and did whatever he could do for us .. someone you always want to deal with especially when it has to do with a big purchase as a vehicle, he helped take the stress away :)

I spoke to 3 different people there and was about to get on the ferry to go buy the car . I asked for a last minute FaceTime and guess what ? The car is an automatic even though it’s listed as a Manuel and 4 staff confirmed it was ! It’s still listed as such on Car Gurus even though I got pretty upset about it . I had the financing all done and everything!

Called in, said they would call me back. Never did.

I am still waiting to hear back from the dealership regarding my trade in value.

Although I didn’t buy the truck I was impressed with the Product Knowledge and honesty of the sales person Kyle. If I do buy in the neer future I will definitely consider buying from them
