Truck was in worse shape than advertised. Nobody even stood up to deal with me at the office. Told them about other issues and they said 'Oh that's the way they drive' and 'It worked when we got it' Terrible customer service and no willingness to work on a deal based solely off of "fair market price" for a truck that was in below average market condition.

Scheduled appointment a day ahead. When I came to the dealership the car was not prepared at all. The salesman couldn’t even start it. Terrible service

Do your due diligence, sold a used vehicle with bad wheel bearing despite it was brought to their attention prior to purchase and no remedial action was taken

Although we decided to keep our existing vehicle the sales person we dealt with online via email at the dealership was helpful and responsive, providing a detailed quote which included a fair price for our trade-in based on pictures and other information provided.
