I definitely have to say that the experience that I had with Denis was nothing but awesome. Even though I was only buying a Chevy Cruze, I was treated as if I was buying a Porsche! I was not pressured into any upsell and the transaction was smooth like butter. I would absolutely go back to them when I’m ready for another car.

Went to see a used vehicle had damage that we could not see in the pictures. Salesman knowledge was poor and his boss would not give us a price on a new vehicle since this was not the closest Toyota dealership to our residence

Christopher- our sales person -was excellent; very helpful in person at the dealership, and via text responding to several questions we had in the week between purchasing and picking up the car. The dealership quoted us a very fair value for the trade in of our vehicle. There is some complexity of purchasing the car in Quebec and registering it in Ontario, but Christopher walked us through the process and ensured that we had all of the required documents.
