I was interested in seeing a 2020 Kona electric, but a little concerned that it was a bit older than I had hoped. The dealer told me that in fact the car battery had been changed in 2023 and only had 11,000 km on it. When I asked why, he said that it was a factory recall. On this information, I went to see the vehicle and when I arrived, the dealer said that he had made a mistake and it was only the 12 volt battery that had been replaced, not the car battery. I find it hard to believe that the misinformation was unintentional. If it was, the dealer knew very little about electric cars! I did not enjoy my interaction at this dealership and did not buy the car.

Pathetic experience to date from a car dealership. Extremely unprofessional sales and highly over priced damaged car. The sales guy would not negotiate at all. And further damaged than ad indicated. Simple Google search shows vehicle was way over priced for the current condition. Would definitely not reccomend
