Deale4ship responded quickly, was open and honest, gave me the car fax report..answered my questions in a timely and professional manner. Received a video also!

The initial contact was great but once i was transferred to a regular sales member, I had no follow up. So I’m not sure if it was AI generator or not but when I advised that I have not heard anything after a week or two they did apologize, but the vehicle was already gone. I have used them in the past and they’re a good service so I would try them again.

Sent an inquiry, was sent to some on that just wanted me to go in to dealership, dident even let me know that he wasent even a salesman, pretty much told me to go to dealerships or not get helped. Im an hour drive to this dealership. Did eventually go in on my way to look at another veichle, stopped talked to a sale rep he collected all my info, told me the veichle was in calgary, told me he would get back to me and never did, another HOC (house of cars) told me that they share inventory so was gonna deal with chinook instead to find out it was sold, no one from this dealership has ever gotten back to me so i took my buisness else were. Would recommend chinook, or barlow, but Airdrie poor communication.
