Zain was really helpful in getting me a good car, the dealer was quick to respond to my inquiry. I eventually brought a Nissan car instead of a Lexus car I make inquiry about because it was sold out vey fast before I could get to the dealer. He is friendly and accommodating and gave me another option with the same features I needed, the car was clean and ready for test drive. I went for it, right now I am enjoying my ride. I was contacted buy Mustaffa . I made aranged to view 2 vans on friday the 7 th of june. I looked at both then went in to negotiate a deal 2017 dodge grand caravan..They agreed to hold the van till july 14 at which time I would let them know weather my insurence money was in so as I could purchas it. I signed a deposit agreement that stated the $500.00 would be refunded too me if I backed out of the deal. I called Mostafa on 10 of july to advise him that I wouldent be going through with the deal.Mostafa told me that if I supplied him with my e mail he would send me the $500.00 deposit by e transfer.. The e mail dident arive by friday the 12 of july, so I phoned Mostafa and asked why ,He said he would catch up with his banking on the weekend .. Ive called him every day since and his mail box has been full . Today i could finally leave a message , and did ! Im not a happy consumer !
