Dirty to the core. Vehicle was not AWD as was advertised. They Made up a story that our trade had been a total loss rebuild so they could only offer below market trade value then used high pressure tactics to try to get us to commit. Their implication that our vehicle had been in a major claim situation was shocking and a complete attempt to use our inexperience with Carfax reports to claim something was there that was not. The lot is chaotic with no parking and no room to get in and out.

I dealt with Robert Fan and he was very communicative and responsive and honest. I didn't end up purchasing the vehicle, but the best part about Robert is he let it go and didn't push for something else or try to talk me into something I wasn't comfortable with, which was refreshing. I would deal with Robert again for that simple fact, when I said no....he didn't push.
