The finance department said it’s not worth pulling my credit and said I really wouldn’t qualify, but after I left they pulled a hard inquiry and effected my credit, very untrustworthy don’t trust sales or finance department

Overall very good, pleasant, informative but not pushy.

I paid cash and that saved me money of the price. However there was 2 keys for the car and they missed placed one at the many car lots they have in mission. I have confidence they will find it. Love the car and condition. Had extra warranty added and R.J. is a great guy. Had some good laughs humor wise and talked about unrelated stuff. Good guy to chat with and honest about explaining the options and good opinions. I would recommend Pioneer for your car needs.

my finances were very bleak. the team went to work hard to get me into a vehicle. i changed my mind and am going to drive the beater a few more months hopefully, then i'll give them another call. recommend highly.
