2004 saturn ion 2.2 won't start

Was told it needed a fuel pump,  replaced
that and the icm and the fuel relay and it
still won't start

    I'm trying to find out where the starter relay switch or any other fuses related to it are located on my 2007 Saturn Ion 2.2 ltr. Car won't even crank. Starter and battery are good
