I've never had too much luck with rebuilt compressors. Either they just don't work or need the clutch gap adjusted. I would make sure your getting clutch engagement, if not you will have to attend to that. Check your wiring and related fuses. If all that checks out you will have to use a manifold gauge set and see the pressures under operating conditions. There may be a restriction in the system such as a expansion valve, plug receiver drier, etc.
