I got an inquiry from an interested buyer, I responded BUT you sent me a notice saying
that my email did not go because it had attachments.  

There was nothing attached.Did the interested buyer get my email?

Most likely, you have a signature that is attached to your email that the interested buyer's spam filter saw as an attachment/threat. Usually, the other person will receive a notification that they have a message in their spam filter if it is that sensitive. 50/50 chance they saw it. Remove the signature and try sending again.
