is it possible to replace just the connector on fuel line 2003 porsche boxster

I have a feed  fuel line off the fuel pump side of a 2003 Porsche Boxster that"s leaking.  It looks like where the o-rings fit inside the connector it doesn't have the groove portion where the o-ring seats itself. And the fuel is pushing past the o-ring. I tested the top portion of the pump for cracks around the nipple and it seems find. My question is if this connector is the problem, can it be cut off and somehow repaired? if not, what's involved to replace this feed line?

Did you replace the fuel filter before this leak happened? Sounds as if the o-ring in the connector was damaged or lost if you did change the filter.
