Turn signals

I have a 93 firebird base model, the turn signals
work but are dim but when i turn the headlights on
they dont work at all, ive switched the hazard and
turn signal relay and same results

It could be one of the light sockets that goes to the blinker flasher unit they do some times get water in them causing them to short out. or it could be a loose lightbulb? Have you changed your flasher unit the thing that makes the lights flash when you click on your turn signal could be that?
