I have a 2001 pontiac bonneville supercharger I have always used orange engine coolant had to have a hose replaced from overheating when they did this they refilled with green coolant and then my radiator blew less than a week after this could it have caused the damage

Not likely. Most antifreeze is the same ingredient (Ethylene Glycol). The color of the antifreeze doesn't really matter. If it is the original radiator, it is 16 years old which is a long service period for a radiator.

Dex-Cool has been known to cause a lot of corrosion. No similar complaints about the green stuff that I have ever heard. https://www.consumeraffairs.com/news04/2006/08/gm_dexcool.html
