Not overheating but has smoke coming from hood

2001 Bonneville 3.8 non supercharged im
not overheating but its smoke cpming from
the hood. Last work i had done the throttle
body. I cant find a leak either. Any idea
whats goin on?

Most likely has leaking valve cover gasket and it is leaking down the engine block and leaking onto the exhaust pipe.
