2002 pontiac Aztec

I was driving down the road going 90 mph and
everything shut down and I put it in neutral coast
into a driveway put it in park. It won't start or even
shift radio won't work nothing, what could it be?

I got firing on everything my battery good alternator good everything it just won't start at all now or even go into neutral everything locked up like anti theft system locked down on it

    Just replaced the fuel pump harness and plug under the seat. Car runs good as long as it's above half a tank. Below half it has low power and runs funny. Fill it up runs great.
