My 2004 Pontiac Aztek won't start

The car was fine when I drove home.  When I went back out 20 minutes later to run an errand, it would not start.  All the indicator lights come on and flicker.  The radio turns on, but the car will not turn over.  It has a new alternator and battery.

The Aztek was a non-starter for me from new but in your case I would check the battery connections and make sure they are clean and tight.
