How do i change the fuel filter on my 1994 Ford E250 Cargo Van?

I also need a little help with something to do
with the heater!
I just noticed Antifreeze leaking from the
passengers side floor, where the bottom of the
front dash meets the floor?
I see antifreeze leaking in a pool by where your
feet would be if someone else was sitting
there?
This just happened yesterday.
Can anyone help me?

Fuel filters underneath on the FRAME under the drivers side door and the leaking heater core is next to the engine cover on the passenger side... check under dash panel near heater follow the leak you'll find it.
