There is an accessory valve will it cause car
to run bad if not connected #10 in photo

Maybe you guys don't understand my question on my car there is nothing connected to this valve I don't have a clue where it connects or how it connects

Plug #10 off and see if the car runs better. Leaving it open causes unmetered air to get into the system which will cause a lean condition.
