1999 oldsmobile cutlass

I have a 1999 oldsmobile cutlass and after sitting
and idling for a few minutes when I put it in drive it
jerks it hesitates...we have put it in the shop a few
times and they say they fix it but nothing ever
has...we would just like some help in possible
causes.
