How do I reply to potential buyers messages while the verification process being conducted?

Hello CarGurus, I recently received a request to verify my listing, of which I just
submitted. I have a prospect that wants to meet for a test drive. I can't
respond to their request via CarGurus until the verification is completed. I'd like
to respond, informing them that I can meet early Friday. Please help?

I do not think you can. People complain here about this all the time.
