Engine Valve train and Pistons

I have a 91' Nissan stanza good motor
KA24e and a 92' Nissan hardbody bad motor
KA24e can I use the internals such as piston
heads , cylinder head . I understand the
exterior of engine blocks will differ very
much due to motor mounts,  exhaust, etc.

Not necessarily trying to just swap used pistons just want a reference they both use the same motor all I need is the cylinder head really to get my hardbody going .
