Parking brake light and battery light comes on

When car is just running the parking brake light and
battery light comes on but when i give it gas they
go off what is the problem

We'll that's the problem the car likes to move it's own self the rpms change from 900 rpms in drive to 600 rpms out of drive wondering if it's something with the throttle body with a senser but yea out of no where it started with these light's was thinking a bad ground or something with the light's
