When I started my car for around a week the radio sometimes wouldn't turn on at all. Then one day the car wouldn't start. Just the clicking sound with radio, lights and everything on. It runs on a jump fine. Sometimes radio on sometimes not working I changed the battery & terminals few months ago and no problems. It's a 2001 Nissan Sentra. Could it be something as small as spark plugs or worn/loose wire or belt?

Sounds like a loose connection. Tighten and clean all battery connections. Check where you installed new terminals that all wires are attached good and tight. Also tighten and clean the negative connections on the frame and motor.
