My 2002 xterra dies while I'm driving.

My car( 2002 Nissan Xterra) cuts of while
I'm driving or idling. When it cuts off I am
able to restart it. Any suggestions what it
could be wrong with. The check engine
light is on.

have your mass air flow sensor tested.....a fluke meter on ohms will tell the story on the part its self

you also have the option of first going to auto zone and having them scan your obd2 system for free then you know why the check engine light is on at first, and thats most cirtianly linked to your drivability problem
