Can I use high mileage oil on my 2002 Frontier with 113,,000 miles

Sure, that is just oil with some additional additives. Manufacturers say you can use it starting at 75K. I have not seen any difference in usage or MPG between the regular oil over the long term.

Sure. High mile oil is 99.9999% oil with a little hype thrown in for marketing.
