You can buy a brand new vehicle at any dealer. If your local Chevrolet Dealer doesn't have what you want in stock they can get it for you from another Dealer. It's called a Dealer trade. My Niece did that when she bought her 2016 Malibu. She wanted a white one and our local Dealer didn't have one but a Dealer about 100 miles away did. So the Dealer did a trade and she was able to get the car she wanted. Hope that helps! Jim
