I have a 2004 Altima in limp mode

I have a 2004 Altima in limp mode. The car starts fine. All the
lights are working but the battery and brake lights came on
today. No check engine light on though.

Not familiar w/ Nissan, however my Mini Cooper s, (supercharged) had the exact same issues, I called everyone that’s supposed to b a mini guru, nothing ! Started reading everything I could get my hands on and it turned out to b the bypass valve, new one installed, never happened again !
