what those it mean when theres a prize on a car n than it has another prize that's says below I don't understand

think it's a typo, what used car dealers are handin' out balloons, now? Price N (number to be filled in placeholder)....that's how it seems to me~

Lilyanna...Are you talking about the price shown at the TOP of the Dealer Ad (The asking price) AND the dollar amount shown as the "Instant Market Value"?? If so, this is just referring to an estimated value of the car. The price you would pay is the one at the TOP, before any rebates/incentives or negotiations you do to get a LOWER price.
