If I delete my mufflers on my 92 Mitsubishi will my switch to make it quiet to loud still work?

Nope,the mufflers are the baffles for this,and if deleted wont quietin it down.

My tour and sport light also blink for switching the suspension to hard or soft any idea on what it would be. It doesn't do it all the time tho
