CG's has no control over dealers claims. If you want to make a federal case out of it, complain to your local DA. The dealer will claim an honest mistake. Since you know about the discrepancy there is no fraud.

As always with ALL car sales sites you verify claims. It is not possible for any car sales site to verify dealer claims.

If you think this problem is unique to CG guess again, every car listing site out there is plagued with false or misleading sales pitches. Your local DA office handles complaints about illegal practices by car dealerships.

Hey Ed92626, Check your own typo, smart ass! That's not (ho) how, I live my life! The incorrect mileage was also verified by phone before I drove 25 miles to see the incorrect mileage. Thanks for your help!
