Does the gs come stock with turbo

Well my car is the gs model and has a metal intake and has a turbo symbol on the back that looks like it was put on their factory and I'm just confused because my eclipse runs like crap and I wanted to know if it was the turbo model because theirs no turbo on it and if their was it would still be tuned for the turbo
