2003 Mitsubishi Lancer won't Start

Car was working just fine and then I didn't start it for a week. Now it won't start.
It is turning over but won't fire up. I charged the battery so it is maintaining 13.1
V. I also cleaned the battery terminals.

check for spark , fuel pressure , are the injectors firing ? Do you hear the fuel pump prime the system when you hit the key ? check for good ground at fuel pump ,
