I have a 2003 galant when head lights go on other lights stop working don't know where to start looking?????

When lights go on brake light on right side stops working, when lights are off it works fine, also parking light same side doesn't work but blinkers and hazards work fine..... I replaced both bulbs and checked fuses all fine, if any one has an idea I would really appreciate any help thanks

I found a pair of wires that were severed some how but thanks regardless
