Where is the fusible link in my 2004 dodge sx 2? How woul I check it?

Replaced batt, alt, and when boosted and running battery volt is 11.9. So i was
trying to verify the fusible link. All grounds measure 0 ohms with my meter.?

I looked at every fuse in the box under the hood and in fuse box near the drivers door. Could not find any one titled Main fuse.

I have a 2004 Dodge Durango. While driving, I lost all power to the wheels, yet all electrical and engine seemed to be operating.
